Grip socks required on trampolines. Reusable grip socks can be purchased at the reservation desk for $3.75 per pair plus tax.
Valid waivers are required for all participants. Must be signed by parent or legal guardian for children under 18 years of age and can be completed in our facility or on this site - go to home page and select WAIVER in upper right corner. No need to print it out - once you've completed it online, it is live in our system. Thank you!

NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES. NO TIME ADJUSTMENT FOR LATE ARRIVAL OR LATE CHECK-IN. WAITING IN LINE DOES NOT ENTITLE TICKET HOLDER TO EXTENDED ACTIVITY OR ADJUSTED ACTIVITY TIME. WE RECOMMEND ARRIVING AT LEAST 15 MINUTES PRIOR TO ACTIVITY START TIME. CUSTOMERS WHO HOLD TICKETS PURCHASED ONLINE MAY BYPASS WALK-IN TICKET SALES (STATION 2) AND CHECK IN AT STATION 3.
COMBO TICKETS ARE CONSIDERED DISCOUNTED TICKETS AND WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO LIMIT QUANTITIES. IF SOLD OUT OF CAPACITY, JUMP AND PLAY ACTIVITIES MAY STILL BE AVAILABLE.
